At GANGA RAMS GALLERY, every order is packed and dispatched with care. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

• Complimentary shipping is available on all orders above ₹4,995.
• For orders below ₹4,995, a shipping charge of ₹250 will be applicable.

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability verification.

Once an order is placed, it is packed and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. In some cases, additional verification may be required before the order is shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Timeline

We aim to dispatch orders at the earliest possible opportunity. However, dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, location, brand-specific handling requirements, and order volume.

High-value, special, or brand-specific watches may require additional handling time before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping location, courier service, and order processing conditions.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festive rush, operational issues, or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Tracking can be used to follow the shipment once it becomes active with the courier partner.

Shipping Carrier and Insurance

Delivery is managed by the shipping carrier once the parcel is handed over for dispatch.

All shipments are sent with complimentary insurance for added protection during transit. In case of a transit-related issue, the matter will be reviewed as per the courier process and our Return and Refund Policy.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to help protect the product during transit.
All parcels are securely sealed with Ganga Rams tape.

A clear unboxing video of the sealed package received is mandatory for any claim related to damage, missing item, wrong item, or packaging concerns.

Delivery Address

The shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details entered at checkout must be complete and accurate.

GANGA RAMS GALLERY is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, unavailable recipients, or unreachable contact numbers.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

High-Value Orders

For orders exceeding ₹2,00,000, PAN card details may be required before dispatch, as part of order verification and KYC compliance checks.

If additional verification is needed, the customer will be contacted directly before the order is processed further.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or incomplete at the time of delivery, it should be reported immediately.

Please record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed box before opening it. Claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong items will be reviewed only with valid supporting proof, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
