At GANGA RAMS GALLERY, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Please Note: Always record a clear and continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel. Start the video while the package is still sealed and unopened, ensuring the outer box, shipping label, and Ganga Rams tape are clearly visible.
Important: Every parcel is securely packed and sealed with official Ganga Rams tape. An unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory for any claim related to damage, missing items, incorrect products, leakage, transit mishandling, or packaging concerns. The video must capture the parcel from the unopened condition through the complete opening process without cuts or pauses. Claims raised without a valid unboxing video WILL NOT be eligible for replacement or refund review.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns.
In the unlikely event that the product received is damaged, defective, not in its intended condition, or missing parts at the time of delivery, a replacement of the same item will be arranged, subject to inspection and eligibility.
To initiate a damage or defect claim, it is necessary for the customer to record a clear unboxing video of the original sealed package from the moment the parcel is opened.
Any issue with the item must be reported within 4 days of delivery along with the unboxing video and supporting details.
Once the product is received back by us and inspected, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
For any such issue, the unboxing video of the original sealed package is mandatory to help us review and resolve the matter fairly.
Without the required video and supporting evidence, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund claim.
Replacements
If the product is eligible for replacement, the replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
We will notify you by email regarding the status of the replacement.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If the same item is unavailable and the case is eligible for a refund instead, the refund process will be followed as outlined below.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only for articles that cannot be replaced.
Once the product is received and inspected for eligibility, we will notify you by email that the refund has been approved and initiated.
The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
An order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In some cases, the seller may cancel an order due to item unavailability or for other operational reasons. In such cases, the refund will also be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges.
In an unlikely case where the product is not in its intended condition, is damaged, or is missing parts at the time of delivery, a replacement of the same item will be arranged, subject to the claim being reported within 4 days of receipt and supported with the required unboxing video.
